Submission of a consultation, assessment, prescription request, order, or payment does not guarantee approval, prescription, dispensing, or supply. Supply will only take place where it is clinically appropriate, legally permitted, and operationally possible.
4. User responsibilities
By using this website or our services, you agree that:
- all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and truthful;
- you will not submit false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate medical information;
- you will disclose relevant medical history, symptoms, allergies, current medicines, and other information requested for patient safety;

Providing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may result in refusal of service, cancellation of an order, refund where appropriate, or further checks before any service is provided.
5. Prescriptions, medicines, and clinical decisions
All clinical decisions relating to the supply of medicines are made by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals. Medicines will only be supplied where it is clinically appropriate, legally permitted, and safe to do so.
Wolverhampton Road Pharmacy reserves the right to:
- refuse to dispense or supply a prescription or medicine;
- request additional information before dispensing or supply;
- contact you, the prescriber, or another relevant healthcare professional where appropriate;
- cancel or refund an order where supply is not clinically appropriate, legally permitted, safely deliverable, or operationally possible;
- decline a service where misuse, unsafe use, fraud, abuse, or regulatory concern is suspected.
Nothing on this website constitutes personal medical advice unless it is provided specifically to you by an appropriate healthcare professional as part of a service you have requested. Any advice provided is based on the information supplied and is specific to the relevant service.
6. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order, submitting a consultation, uploading information, or making a payment does not automatically mean that your request has been accepted or that medicines will be supplied.
An order or service request remains subject to clinical checks, prescription checks, stock availability, payment verification, identity or address checks, fraud prevention checks, and delivery eligibility.
We may cancel or refuse an order where:
- the medicine or service is not suitable for you;
- the prescription or consultation information is incomplete, invalid, unclear, or unsuitable;
- we cannot verify relevant information;
- payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or suspected to be unauthorised;
- the product is unavailable or cannot be safely supplied;

- there is a legal, regulatory, clinical, fraud, or safety reason to refuse supply.

Where delivery is offered, medicines, products, or documents may be dispatched using trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, courier providers, or local delivery services.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery partners, postal issues, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, weather, industrial action, events outside our control, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate, complete, and suitable before submitting an order. This includes the recipient name, address, postcode, contact details, and any relevant delivery instructions.
Depending on the medicine, product, delivery method, and service requirements, delivery may require tracking, proof of delivery, signature, age verification, identity verification, or safe delivery controls.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Responsibility for delivery may transfer in accordance with the relevant delivery terms and applicable law.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Due to the nature of pharmacy services, prescriptions, medicines, and patient-specific clinical checks, refunds and cancellations are limited.
In particular:
- refunds are not normally available once dispensing, clinical work, prescription processing, or supply has commenced;
- medicines cannot usually be returned for resale or reuse once supplied or dispatched, for safety and regulatory reasons;
- consultation, assessment, or clinical service fees are generally non-refundable where work has already been carried out;
- refunds may be considered where an order cannot be supplied, is cancelled by us, or where required by law;
- refunds are assessed in line with legal, clinical, safety, professional, and payment processing requirements.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
